I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and made sure my needs were met. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Additionally, the hotel facilities, especially the spa, were a great addition to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the superb dinner at the hotel restaurant. the food was simply amazing. the spa was fantastic and the perfect way to unwind after a long day out on the slopes. the location was convenient as it was close to ski areas and public transportation. the friendly staff was another aspect that made my stay enjoyable. They were always happy to help and attentive to their guests' needs.

The room I stayed in was not as clean as it could have been. There were some stains on the carpet and dust on the nightstand.

The hotel is located in a nice area with beautiful views. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was adequate. the service was remarkable and the staff was very attentive. the breakfast had a variety of options and the spa was a nice touch.

The noise coming from the adjacent rooms was unpleasant and greatly affected my sleep.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Rooms were spacious and tidy. Food was well-presented. Service was prompt and friendly with clear communication of what's included in the price and what is not. The view from the hotel's window was also quite delightful and impressive. The staff are highly accommodating and approachable, especially when I had requests and queries.

There were a few things that detracted from my holiday experience. The bed was a bit too firm, and the pillows were too flat.
